Weather was looking like rain today. Real cloudy and unpredictable. Somehow we managed to avoid the clearly visible rain squalls just offshore. And the Na Pali once again took on it’s legendary look as the clouds rolled through. We weren’t able to snorkel but the dolphins were in abundance and everyone was thrilled to see so many.

We had one of the male dolphins swim up and do some tail slaps to let us know that he’s the boss.

On the way back an Air Force C17 flew in for a landing right in front of us. Wow that thing is huge!

Kauai Dolphin Tours

Today the Spinner dolphins were going crazy off Napali Coast. Doing their usual aerials in front of the raft, a mom and baby were the highlight of the tour. The baby looked like a little football spinning in the air, and with the sun on her skin, she appeared pink in the light. Some of the kids rode the bow and got a birdseye view of the dolphins that were playing under the Zodiac raft.
