Another wild adventure on the Na Pali!
It was sunny day as we headed out of Kikiaola Harbor. We ran across a large pod of Spinner dolphins and were able to observe a lot of babies with moms. They were really showing off today.
The sun was creatinig some spectacular views of the beautiful cliffs and caves all over the Na ali. On our way back we came across a pod of whales. They swam all around us and even went right under the boat.

    Another great Napali Coast experience.
Whales, dolphins, massive cliffs and the unbelievable beauty of Kalalau Valley.
We really wanted to jump out and swim with all the dolphins. They were everywhere! We even had a humpback whale mom and calf swim by.

Water was a little rough and made for an exciting adventure as we headed out. We managed to battle our way to Kalalau Valley. As usual this natural wonder was inspiring. The ride back was a little smoother and we had encounters with both dolphins and whales. We had special encounter with a pod of manta rays….AWESOME!

The whales are still here! We had one breach right in front of us. The dolphins were great and the weather was Beeeeautiful.

We decided to go all the way up past Ke’e beach and park in the beautiful calm bay at Haena Beach. We watched the surfers rip it up and headed on back for some more whale watching.

We witnessed mother nature at work today. As we approached Kalalau valley, we saw a tiger shark attacking a turtle. It was an extremely rare encounter with one of the most dangerous predators on Kauai.

Had a wet and wild day on Na Pali today. We were able to get all the way to Honopu Valley. This is where the Hawaiians trained for battle. The winds kicked up a bit and we headed off shore in search of whales. We spotted a young calf breaching outside of Makaha Ridge. We got close and he breached a couple more times for us times.

We ran into the ever-entertaining spinner dolphins. One of them came up right next to the boat and started jumping (show off!).

Weather was nice as we headed out for the Na Pali. We ran into a large pod of dolphins. They gave us a great show. The seas remained calm as we explored the sea caves abd amazing cliffs of the Na Pali. We were able to stop and some people jumped in the water. The water was pretty warm, but we look forward to the summer water temps of 80+ degrees!
