Brandon Elsasser is your Captain aboard our vessel, Seabiscuit. He is a U. S. Coast Guard veteran and seasoned mariner with 16 years of professional experience. Brandon‘s maritime career has brought him to various bodies of water such as the North Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, Mississippi River, Gulf of Mexico, North Pacific Ocean, Chukchi Sea, Bering Sea, and Gulf of Alaska to name a few. Captain Brandon is licensed by the U. S. Coast Guard to operate vessels up to 1,600 tons. Brandon is committed to providing every guest with a safe, exciting and memorable experience on every adventure with Nā Pali Riders!

Our team at Na Pali Riders Raft Tours has led expeditions along Kauai’s coastal waters since 1997. We have the knowledge, experience and accommodations to get you to the remote parts of Kauai where breathtaking scenery abounds. We proudly utilize a Zodiac 30’ Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat. Zodiac is well-known in the marine industry for safety and quality, and is the leader for use in the Military, Special Forces, and Search and Rescue. When ocean conditions are favorable and safe, we can enter and explore the marine sea caves that are located along the Na Pali Coast’s cliffs, giving passengers a very up close and personal view of our volcanic island. Additionally, our expeditions will cover all 17-miles of Na Pali Coast wilderness. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile, literally.
Customized Raft Tours
We give you a very personalized experience, and make sure every tour is memorable for you, your friends, and family. We let nature take the lead, allowing dolphins, whales and turtles to be a part of our tours. Seabirds fly above us while the fish are below, waiting to be seen during the snorkeling time. We will be educating you about the history of each valley along the Na Pali Coast, where native Hawaiians used to live and thrive. This is truly wild Kauai, and a must for all outdoor enthusiasts. Our tours are available for private charters, or you may choose to share your experience with others, making new acquaintances in a friendly environment.
